Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs, build objectives, develop content and testing, and deliver customized learning strategies while adopting best practices in adult learning.

The role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 with salaried compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years designing and delivering eLearning, ILT, blended, or performance support materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline is required.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content aligned to goals and assessment needs.
• Collaborates with SMEs and business owners to define objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Creates project proposals and manages timelines and deliverables across initiatives.
• Stays abreast of trends in learning methods and applies best practices.
