Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Learning Designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training solutions that enhance Ryder employees' capabilities and productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to craft sound objectives, content, and evaluation strategies, applying adult learning principles. Proficiency with Articulate 360/Storyline is expected to deliver engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline is required.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligned to goals.
• Consults with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and assessment strategies.
• Develops and presents learning project proposals and ensures alignment with timelines.
• Delivers instructional design solutions matched to objectives and outcomes.
• Keeps up with trends in learning methods and best practices in adult education.
