Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions that enhance employee productivity.

You will consult with subject matter experts, build learning objectives, and apply adult learning principles and Storyline/Articulate tools to deliver effective training on time.

Travel is none; a Bachelor’s degree is required with 8+ years of experience. Join a team that values quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or minimum 8 years of equivalent work experience in designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support training materials and/or solutions.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five or more years in education or business environment.
• Three or more years in designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions with Articulate 360 and related tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligning with Ryder's goals and competencies.
• Consults with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals and instructional strategies.
• Stays current on emerging learning trends and best practices.
