Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years designing and developing e-learning or training materials.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in education or business environments.
• 3+ years designing and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of Storyline and other authoring tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligning with Ryder’s goals.
• Consults with SMEs to develop instructional objectives and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives; communicates innovative ideas to gain consensus.
• Keeps abreast of emerging trends in learning methods and adult learning.
