Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO experience and a portfolio related to the BPO instructional designer role.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong storytelling and engaging user experience abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design materials, programs, curriculums, and courses for online training.
• Create content using PowerPoint, Word, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Develop content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning, including microlearning modules.
• Produce learning deliverables (courses, videos, quizzes) for varied audiences.
• Apply adult learning models (ADDIE, Agile, Dick & Carey) to content development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs.
