Job summary

TTEC in the United States is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to create engaging, human-centered learning experiences for diverse clients. This remote role focuses on learning science-based design, game-like interactions, and mobile learning, delivering virtual blended learning that drives knowledge and retention.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design and collaborate across teams to redesign curricula, monitor learning data, and iterate based on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience in building e-learning content and learning experiences.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools and audio-editing features.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning experiences.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Instructional Design and cross-functional teams.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance and outcomes.
• Research learning tools and platforms to drive innovation.
