Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging e-learning experiences from a remote location in the United States. You will blend instructional design with user experience, applying game-based and mobile learning concepts for diverse client needs.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design and work across global teams to refresh curricula, measure impact, and drive learner engagement using data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced PowerPoint and basic Excel features.
• Basic project management skills and familiarity with task manager or productivity tools.
• Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate training impact.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning experiences that are human-centered, goal-oriented and data driven.
• Apply human-centered design and design thinking in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Support the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team in curriculum design and redesign.
• Leverage learning data to monitor performance, predict learner success, and deliver the right outcomes.
• Conduct research on learning tools and platforms.
