Job summary

Constructive Dialogue Institute, Inc. seeks an Instructional Design Specialist to maintain and update our growing catalog of online and live programs.

You will ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely readiness for partner use, while coordinating with Education and Live Programs teams to implement feedback from facilitators and learners. The role offers remote work from the U.S., with a focus on content versioning, QA, and collaboration with product and senior designers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in instructional design or related role.
• Grounding in backward design and measurable learning objectives.
• Experience with LMS or course-authoring tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Strong QA process and version control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and version control Perspectives content and live programs.
• Draft and revise module text and assessments.
• Run pre-release QA for accessibility and links.
• Own content feedback backlog and coordinate with teams.
