Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is hiring an Instructional Designer for a temporary, fully remote role in the United States. The position runs September 2026 through December 2026 with potential for extension or permanent hire.

You will develop engaging eLearning content across K12 and higher education, using rapid authoring tools, while coordinating multiple projects and ensuring alignment with company priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years designing, developing, and user testing learning products.
• 1–2 years visual design with Figma or Adobe CC.
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish.
• Portfolio with HTML5 or similar, interactive ILT and slide decks.
• Practical knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets).
• Hands-on experience with Evolve or Articulate 360.
• Familiar with ADDIE, Rapid Release, storyboarding.
• Experience meeting standards for presentation design, copywriting, editing.

Responsibilities

• Use creative design thinking to address user experience challenges and solutions.
• Develop engaging eLearning courses for K12, Higher Education and Instructor.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design and implement innovative standards for eLearning experiences.
• Provide guidance and consult throughout the e-learning production process.
• Create large‑scale training programs that are engaging and accurate.
• Develop assessments and quiz questions to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to align content with priorities.
