Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Customer Installations Coordinator in the United States to coordinate, organize, and execute a remarkable experience for all scheduled customer installations. You will be the primary contact with our customers, potential customers, and other parties for scheduled installations and follow up.

You will support management, handle data entry and paperwork, coordinate with the production team, and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining reliable on-site attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Combination of education and experience demonstrates proven track record in this field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a remarkable experience.
• Coordinate paperwork, data entry, and correspondence for leads and sold jobs.
• Meet or exceed KPI expectations set out by the department Manager.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, including scheduling and confirming installations, providing pre-installation information, assuring quality, solving problems, etc.
• Work with production team to ensure they have what they need to be successful at their installations, including accurate and timely communication about job details, coordinating utility locates, preparing any special needs of an installation etc.
• Provide tactical support to the company’s departments.
• Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
