Job summary

CompanyCam is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to win back prospects who didn’t buy the first time. You’ll reconnect with lost inbound leads, learn what changed in their business, and guide them back into active sales conversations.

This hands-on, early-career role focuses on discovery updates, tailored demos, and collaboration with RevOps and Sales. Location options include remote or local, with the requirement that candidates live and work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer success, or support is preferred.
• Ability to follow structured processes and keep accurate CRM records.
• Willingness to learn SaaS products and sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate revived leads to determine fit, readiness, and urgency.
• Reconnect with lost, disqualified, and inactive inbound prospects through email, phone, and sequences.
• Run brief discovery updates to understand changes since the last conversation.
• Run tailored product demos addressing prospect needs and pain points.
• Communicate product value clearly and guide prospects through their decision process.
• Move qualified leads back into active pipeline stages through demo and close.
