Connection is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to be the heart of the team, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Account Manager in order fulfillment. This role is based remotely in Massachusetts, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

The position emphasizes strong communication, proactive order follow-ups, and helping customers navigate tech solutions while aligning with the company’s IT department ethos. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing.
• Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.
• Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
