Blue Mantis is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team from a hybrid/remote Boston area. You will manage quotes, vendor coordination, renewals, and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and CRM proficiency, with experience in technology products and vendor programs. Collaboration with AEs and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience as an ISR or in technology support.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Support new business, renewals, and expansion with Account Executives.
• Prepare, manage, and deliver quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, and services.
• Assist with opportunity management, deal tracking, and CRM documentation.
• Support deal registration, pricing approvals, and vendor programs.
• Work with technology vendors to obtain pricing and product information.
• Identify alternatives for discontinued or constrained items.
• Track lead times and supply chain constraints; relay updates to teams.
• Communicate quotes and order status with customers via email and phone.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure order fulfillment.
