Ideal candidates have proven end-to-end deal experience, strong Zoho/CRM proficiency, and solid knowledge of Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Zoho/CRM experience building quotes, updating deal stages, and managing lead databases.
• Strong familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet for daily operations and presentations.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end deal cycles, not just appointments.
• High attention to detail with complex pricing, quotes, and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Guide qualified prospects through the entire sales pipeline from discovery to negotiation and close.
• Generate accurate, timely quotes and proposals for prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, deal stages, and communications.
• Act as the daily driver of our tech stack, ensuring all account data, contacts, and deal statuses are current.
