Job summary

Pearson Education is seeking a Home-based Inside Sales Representative for higher education markets. You will sell digital, print and service solutions to faculty and institutions, driving subscription-based materials and student affordability.

Lead with consultative sales, connect with 15 faculty daily, and track progress in OneCRM/Salesforce. Eligible for a sales incentive plan with strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market.
• Proficiency with office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty through virtual meetings, calls and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
• Maintain and forecast using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and train students.
• Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure faculty satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Pearson products and industry trends.
