Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations team member to take care of customers, answer inquiries, and navigate a broad panel of insurance products. You'll learn the app inside out to guide customers to the best coverage while helping improve the product based on feedback.

The role is fully remote, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and delivering warmth and speed in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers and anticipate needs beyond the asked question.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, and other policies.
• Develop deep product knowledge to match customers with the right coverage.
• Resolve issues to remove barriers between customers and the right policy.
• Process service requests related to vehicles, drivers, and policy documents.
• Provide feedback to improve the product based on customer input.
