Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through promotion of Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations, customer business reviews, and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity, compliance, workflow efficiency, and analytical performance.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase customer penetration and retention.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance, pipeline updates, and insights to sales leadership.
