Waters Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Advanced Diagnostics (ADx) to support revenue growth in an assigned US territory. You will engage customers virtually and collaborate with field teams to expand relationships and close opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Light travel (~10%) is expected; remote work within the United States is supported.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth through virtual engagement and strategic field collaboration.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to advance opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and customer business reviews.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity and analytics.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration, retention, and share.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
