Waters Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Advanced Diagnostics (ADx) to drive revenue growth in a remote US territory. You will engage customers virtually, coordinate with field teams, and promote Waters solutions across instrumentation, informatics, and services.

You will build opportunities, manage pipelines in Salesforce, and deliver value-based conversations with lab stakeholders to grow accounts and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned territory and execute growth plans.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements.
• Maintain pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and business reviews.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve productivity.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase penetration and retention.
• Monitor market trends and growth opportunities.
• Present territory performance and pipeline updates to leadership.
• Support campaigns and cross-functional projects.
