Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; new graduates considered with a minimum GPA of 3.2.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans that identify new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations, customer business reviews, and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and align Waters solutions to improve laboratory productivity, compliance, workflow efficiency, and analytical performance.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase customer penetration, retention, and share.
