The position emphasizes consultative selling via virtual engagement and collaboration with field teams. Travel up to 20% is required; remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum of 3.2 GPA

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned territory growth plan and identify new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and applications teams to advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
• Develop strategic account plans to increase customer penetration and retention.
