Waters Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop consultative selling skills across pharmaceutical, clinical, industrial, and laboratory markets.

The Inside Sales Specialist will engage customers remotely, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with field sales, service, and marketing to drive revenue through Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth plans to identify opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities via phone, video, email, and digital engagement.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to advance opportunities.
• Promote Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
