Solventum is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist Acute Wound Healing with Central Time Zone awareness for a remote US-based role. You will drive outbound sales, qualify leads, and collaborate with clinicians and field teams to deliver solutions.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in sales (healthcare preferred) and excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency. You will work independently and as part of a global team to meet daily quotas and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years in sales, or an associate with 4+ years in sales.
• Experience in healthcare or inside sales highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with strong organization.
• Familiar with CRM software and sales tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the field sales team and internal resources to hit targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships.
• Close sales and meet daily and monthly quotas.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
