Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide product information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to meet targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to meet customer needs and close sales.
• Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Close sales and achieve daily metrics and quotas.
