Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Acute Wound Healing, remote in the United States, aligned to Central Time Zone. You will conduct outbound and inbound sales, qualify leads, and collaborate with field sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 2+ years of sales experience, OR Associate Degree with 4+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare or inside sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, or chat with product information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with field sales and internal resources to hit targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to match customer needs.
• Follow up on leads to move opportunities through the pipeline.
• Close sales and meet daily metrics and monthly quotas.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
