Job summary

WM is seeking an Inside Sales specialist to respond to same-day customer sales and cancellation requests. You will drive revenue by using a consultative selling approach, secure updated contracts, and minimize price rollbacks while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires living within 50 miles of the Phoenix, AZ area and offers remote work with occasional on-site needs. Prior sales experience and strong negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED and one year of relevant work experience.
• Experience: One year of consumer-based industry sales.
• Nine months of proven success in a position involving customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Sells and saves, handles all customer sales and cancellation requests, educates customers on contract details.
• Resolves escalations for customer service within the territory.
• Generates revenue growth via consultative selling to acquire and retain WM customers.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction and supports Market Area Sales Manager to resolve issues.
• Reduces lost accounts by diffusing cancellation requests.
• Increases revenue by planning sales/retention calls and minimizing price rollbacks.
• Matches WM services to customer needs and communicates pricing strategies.
• Uses WM sales productivity software tools.
• Prepares complex proposals and recommends equipment optimization/leasing options.
• Proposes compliant customer solutions with regulations.
• Updates and secures customer service agreements.
