Job summary

WM seeks a remote Sales Representative who closes new business using consultative selling over the phone. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit. The role targets inbound and outbound calls, revenue growth, and high customer satisfaction while meeting weekly and monthly goals.

Responsibilities include managing leads, executing sales campaigns, and using WM productivity tools. A high school diploma or GED and 2 years of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (accredited).
• Experience: Two (2) years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling WM services on inbound calls with small, less complex accounts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Execute campaigns via outbound telephone marketing to meet targets.
• Attract, generate, manage and record leads from outbound calls.
