Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication and closing skills; coachable.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound prospects via phone and chat to convert them into new business.
• Proactively engage in outbound dialing and emailing to nurture leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Hit or exceed your monthly new business quota.
• Manage an active pipeline of prospective customers, assuming responsibility for the entire sales cycle: opening, appointment setting, presentation, and close.
• Demonstrate strong closing and negotiating skills to secure new accounts.
• Exhibit a high need for achievement and competition; you love to compete and win.
• Possess strong organization and time management skills to balance inbound and outbound tasks.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, optimistic, and resilient approach to sales.
• Experience fielding leads via inbound channels (inbound calls and chat preferred).
• Prior sales experience is essential.
