Job summary

WM is seeking an Inside Sales Executive - Inbound to generate revenue by selling WM services to small/medium business customers using a consultative approach. The role handles warm inbound leads from various sources and aims to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

The position is remote, but applicants must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix, AZ business unit, and must live and work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Receives and acts upon sales opportunities from inbound calls and internal lead sources and/or eBusiness; expands on sales of products and services with existing customers.
• Conducts pre-sales activities to understand customer needs, gathers pricing plans, and identifies potential objections.
• Negotiates and closes sales by communicating alternatives and positions to reach mutual agreements.
• Follows WM sales processes and presents WM products and services using a consultative approach.
• Adjusts sales techniques based on the prospect or customer and offers compelling arguments to support WM solutions.
• Overcomes objections and facilitates agreement to a sales solution meeting major needs of both parties.
• Finalizes sales agreements with clear next steps and completes post-sale administrative work.
