WM is seeking a Sales Specialist, Construction Sales who analyzes the market, develops strategies, cultivates leads, and persuades prospects to purchase WM services to reach revenue goals. This role requires expert management of a qualified prospect set and supports the Builders Direct program.

This is a work-from-home position, but the candidate must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area due to business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales activity goals with outbound calls, new accounts, and close ratios.
• Execute sales campaigns via outbound telephone marketing to meet targets.
• Manage a customer base and record leads from outbound marketing.
• Propose customer solutions compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Utilize WM sales productivity software tools.
