Job summary

Cherry Assistant LLC is hiring an Inside Sales & Proposals Specialist for a remote, part-time role (20 hrs/week) serving a U.S.-based client in the holiday lighting sector. The position emphasizes rapid response to leads, consultative discovery, and creating AI-assisted lighting renderings and professional proposals.

You will close deals with deposits, maintain meticulous CRM hygiene, and collaborate on streamlined proposal workflows using AI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inside sales, SDR/AE, or phone-based B2C sales with a consultative approach.
• Exceptional spoken and written English; clear, neutral communication.
• Hands-on CRM experience (preferably Jobber or similar field service CRMs) and disciplined documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound lead intake: call, text, and email prospects quickly; qualify needs, timeline, and budget.
• Conduct consultative discovery; educate on service scope; tailor packages to budget.
• Create simple, AI-aided house-lighting renderings based on discovery insights.
• Build accurate, professional proposals using templates; send promptly.
• Follow up to secure deposits; schedule next steps in CRM; maintain CRM records.
