Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience is preferred for hybrid; knowledge required for remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Territory Managers, and Director of Sales Operations on inventory and demand.
• Cross-reference lighting manufacturers' part numbers to Keystone products and provide replacements.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility using Excel and CRM for status tracking and on-time delivery.
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure proper closing.
