Job summary

Keystone Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quotes, answering inquiries, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates should have 1–2 years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in an inside sales role.
• Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required for remote positions.
• Strong customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communications.
• Proficient in Word & Excel; CRM and Prophet 21 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Territory Managers, and the Director of Sales Operations to monitor inventory and support future project demands.
• Cross-reference lighting part numbers to Keystone products for accurate matches.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain project visibility through management and reporting tools (Excel & CRM).
• Oversee pipeline opportunities to ensure they are closed properly.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders, allocating material while verifying inventory.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers to drive demand.
• Assist the team in processing time-sensitive purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
