Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support educators nationwide. This remote role involves inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries to drive new business.

An active Property & Casualty license is required, and candidates must be available for all shifts: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (CT) and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (CT). Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; two years of college or equivalent business experience is preferred.
