Job summary

Horace Mann Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support educators across the country. This remote role requires an active Property & Casualty license and availability for all shifts during our hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (CT) and Saturday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (CT).

You will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, email inquiries, and digital platforms to drive new business, maintain daily call volumes, and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of college or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Call center, sales or customer service experience.

Horace Mann is seeking a motivatedInside Sales Representativeto join our team and support educators across the country. In this role, you’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, email inquiries, and digital platforms to drive new business. This is a remote position, and candidates must already hold an active P&C license. This remote position requires an active P&C license and be available for all shifts during our hours of operation:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (CT)andSaturday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (CT).

Pay Range:

• $21.44- $29.16 per hour + sales incentive bonus.

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
