Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support educators nationwide in a fully remote role. You will engage customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to drive new business while maintaining a Property & Casualty license. Hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–8:00 PM (CT) and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (CT).

You will explain insurance options, meet sales goals, and continually refine your approach to improve results while staying compliant with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License, required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two years of college or equivalent business experience, preferred
• Call center, sales, or customer service experience

• Use effective sales techniques to achieve close-ratio targets
