Qualifikationen

• Two years’ experience in a fast-paced call center or customer service environment.
• Active Property and Casualty license is required or in process.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and video conferencing tools.
• Ability to handle calls and emails for long periods and learn new systems quickly.

• Answer policyholder inquiries by phone and email and provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions in the systems clearly and accurately.
• Meet case volume targets as set by Service Leadership.
• Maintain professional communications and in-depth knowledge of THREE products and policies.
• Collaborate with teammates via phone, email, and Slack to fulfill requests.
