Job summary

CTIconnect is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales/Customer Service representative to support growth. You will own quotes and orders, convert inquiries into sales, and partner with Sales Executives to deliver a standout customer experience in a fully remote environment.

The role requires experience in inside sales and NetSuite, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage CRM data and campaigns across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales or CSR experience.
• 3+ years of NetSuite experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotes and orders lifecycle; convert inquiries into sales.
• Serve as the primary interface for daily customer activity.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and manage the campaign pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs end to end.
• Provide coverage for Account Managers during PTO and trade shows.
