Paynada, a leading fintech payments provider, is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to grow national accounts from a remote location in the United States. The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$45,000 with uncapped commissions and a remote-first culture.

As a sales hunter with merchant services experience, you will prospect, engage, and close opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and exceed quotas while collaborating with a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of recent B2B inside sales experience, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Minimum 1 year of merchant services or payment processing industry experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, engage, and close new business opportunities nationwide.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on qualified leads.
• Consult with business owners to identify payment processing needs and recommend customized solutions.
