Job summary

North is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Senior) for a North- Remote position. You will engage prospects, conduct market research, and close deals to build a healthy pipeline for our payments solutions across merchants online and in-store.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of outbound self-sourcing sales experience, some FinTech or payment processing exposure, and a track record of successful cold calling. This fully remote role offers uncapped commission and total rewards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year outbound self-sourcing sales experience.
• Experience selling payment processing or similar FinTech product/service.
• Experience with high volume cold calling.
• Bachelor Degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through a variety of self-sourcing and self-prospecting techniques.
• Proactively engage potential clients through extensive cold-calling efforts to drive pipeline growth.
• Use effective sales closing techniques.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners through self-sourced outreach and relationship development.
• Maintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms.
• Meet and exceed quotas.
