Yelp in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a remote Central Region role. You will engage business owners by phone to promote Yelp advertising programs, manage a Salesforce pipeline, and work a fixed Mon–Fri schedule from home.

Requirements include 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a high comfort with outbound calls, and a strong work ethic. Expect base plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings around $50k+ and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Bachelor's Degree with interest in sales/business or people-centric industry
• No fear of the phone and high volume outbound dials daily
• General computer and email proficiency - Google Suite; Macbook provided
• Distraction-free work environment
• Access to individual hardline high-speed internet; not satellite or mobile hotspot
• Open to feedback and willing to improve
• Strong engaging interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Must possess current US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Educate, strategize, and discuss Yelp advertising programs through high-volume outbound dialing to business owners.
• Work one of the following schedules in local time: 7:30–16:30, 8:30–17:30, or 9:30–18:30.
• Own and manage a pipeline of clients in CRM (Salesforce).
• Work from home to sell advertising to small local businesses, Mon–Fri.
• Master Yelp advertising solutions and provide quick product recommendations.
• Master quick close techniques to exceed individual goals.
• Navigate initial call to qualification to close while ensuring satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas with strong work ethic.
• Track daily goals to ensure results; this is a numbers game.
