The role serves as the primary contact for assigned customers on service offerings, pricing, scheduling, and shipping inquiries, while identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with sales teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years inside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle difficult customer situations with diplomacy.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Remotely contact current and potential customers to grow prospects and sales.
• Generate and refer leads for new/enhanced sales opportunities.
• Assist with preparing sales quotes, bids, and proposals.
• Provide post-sale training, support, and service transition.
• Identify upselling opportunities and introduce new products to customers.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and freight policies and customer contracts.
