Job summary

IRISS, Inc. is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our North American Sales Team. This remote position is based in the Dallas, Texas area and involves occasional travel to meet with customers, partners, and participate in industry events.

The candidate will develop customer relationships, prospect new opportunities, support existing accounts, and help execute regional sales strategies. 1–3 years of sales experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in manufacturing, technology, industrial products, or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop customer relationships, and support the sales process.
• Strong sales, customer service, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, electrical distributors, resellers, service providers, and end users in the region.
• Prospect, identify, qualify, prioritize, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Support assigned accounts through the sales process and meet quotas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a product specialist for IRISS solutions.
