Job summary

CharterUP, LLC. is seeking a Sales Manager for a remote-first role focused on driving revenue for a fast-growing fleet platform.

You will manage hundreds of daily customer interactions, close new business, and expand recurring bookings while maintaining trusted relationships with high-value accounts. You will leverage Salesforce, Outreach, and collaborative tools to track activity, forecast revenue, and optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to balance inbound and outbound prospecting with account development.
• Ability to navigate multi-contact organizations and identify opportunities within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage hundreds of customer interactions weekly, building your own book of business.
• Close new customers and expand recurring ones to grow account value.
• Maintain accurate quotes and CRM updates to ensure clean data and revenue integrity.
