You will handle inbound leads as well, maintaining a disciplined CRM process and meeting quota targets. The role emphasizes direct closing with 1–2 touchpoints, strong objection handling, and reliable scheduling in a remote environment

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C, direct-closing environment.
• 1+ year of tenure in current role with proven quota attainment.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• CRM discipline with detailed, organized records.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale: convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations.
• Work warm leads: inbound interest plus outbound calling and follow-up.
• Close quickly: most sales cycles take 1-2 touchpoints.
• Build rapport and overcome objections using discovery-led conversations.
• Log detailed notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for follow-up.
