Inside Sales Representative - Remote Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a full-time, remote Inside Sales Representative and take charge of your career! This fast-paced role involves engaging phone conversations focused on B2C sales. What You'll Do

• Own the sale: Personally convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations
• Work warm leads: Receive inbound interest from the company, plus outbound calling and follow-up
• Close quickly: Most sales cycles take just 1-2 touchpoints
• Build rapport and overcome objections: Use discovery-led conversations to address concerns and close
• Stay disciplined: Log detailed notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for purposeful follow-up

What You Bring

• 1+ year of outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C, direct-closing environment
• 1+ year of tenure in your current role
• Proven quota and KPI attainment in 1-2 touch short-cycle, transactional sales
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills, and confidence asking for the sale
• CRM discipline, with detailed, organized records
• High energy and self-management: urgency, resilience, and consistent follow-through in a remote setting
• Comfort working a structured schedule within Arizona operating hours (6: 00 AM-6: 00 PM), including later shifts that may run until 9: 00 PM Eastern

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $40, 000
• Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly based on quota attainment
• On-target earnings (OTE): Approximately $100, 000 in year one
• Pay structure: ~50% base / ~50% variable
• Commission rates: 7% on payment-plan sales;9% on paid-in-full sales
• Minimum threshold: At least 60% of monthly quota to earn commission

Schedule & Location

• Orientation class starts 11/2!
• Type: Full-time, 100% remote
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 working hours within a 9-hour shift (includes a 1-hour lunch)
• Operating window: 6 AM-6 PM Arizona time
• Main shift opening is 9a-6p MST/ 12p-9p EDT/ 11a-8p EST Eastern Time candidates: Please confirm you're comfortable with potential shifts extending to 9: 00 PM ET
• Training: Two weeks, Monday-Friday, 8: 00 AM-5: 00 PM Arizona time
