Qualifications

• 1+ year of tenure in current role.
• Proven quota and KPI attainment in 1-2 touch short-cycle, transactional sales.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills, and confidence asking for the sale.
• CRM discipline, with detailed, organized records.
• High energy and self-management in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale: Personally convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations.
• Work warm leads: Receive inbound interest from the company, plus outbound calling and follow-up.
• Close quickly: Most sales cycles take just 1-2 touchpoints.
• Build rapport and overcome objections: Use discovery-led conversations to address concerns and close.
• Stay disciplined: Log detailed notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for purposeful follow-up.
