RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative, 100% remote, to pursue outbound B2C enrollments with pre-qualified leads and close opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate on a structured schedule aligned with Arizona hours, handling 1-2 touch sales and maintaining CRM discipline to maximize closing. The role offers a $40,000 base with uncapped commissions and an OTE near $100,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound phone-sales experience in a B2C, direct-closing environment.
• 1+ year of tenure in your current role
• Proven quota and KPI attainment in 1-2 touch short-cycle, transactional sales
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills, and confidence asking for the sale
• CRM discipline, with detailed, organized records
• High energy and self-management: urgency, resilience, and consistent follow-through in a remote setting

Responsabilités

• Own the sale: Personally convert prospects to enrollment through consultative phone conversations
• Work warm leads: Receive inbound interest from the company, plus outbound calling and follow-up
• Close quickly: Most sales cycles take just 1-2 touchpoints
• Build rapport and overcome objections: Use discovery-led conversations to address concerns and close
• Stay disciplined: Log detailed notes in HubSpot and RingCentral for purposeful follow-up
