This fast-paced, performance-driven role rewards a consultative approach, closes deals, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. A 17.69–23.56 hourly pay range supports remote work from Clifton, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of inside sales experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Consultative selling mindset to identify customer needs.

• Handle warm outbound sales opportunities with prospective and previous customers—no traditional cold calling.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend the right home warranty solution.
• Build rapport quickly and connect product benefits to what matters most to each customer.
• Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and activity goals.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Educate homeowners on available products, coverage options, pricing, and promotions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated customer information.
• Stay current on products, promotions, contract coverage, processes, and procedures.
