Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a high-volume phone sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and influence purchasing decisions.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset and the tenacity to pursue the sale.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with multiple systems and applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm outbound sales opportunities with prospective and previous customers—no traditional cold calling.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend the right home warranty solution.
• Build rapport quickly and connect product benefits to what matters most to each customer.
• Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and activity goals.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Educate homeowners on available products, coverage options, pricing, and promotions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated customer information.
• Stay current on products, promotions, contract coverage, processes, and procedures.
